RETURN POLICY


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return (partial or full order) within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate your return:

  • Contact us by email at customerservice@dermatics.com to arrange your return. In the email, please provide us the following information:
    1. Order ID
    2. Reason for return
    3. List of item(s) to be returned, including the respective Batch Number & Expiry Date of the product(s)
  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to Damaged Items.
  • For international orders, please email customerservice@dermatics.com for more information.
  • For domestic orders, please refer below:

    Item(s) must be returned in original condition. Once return is inspected and certified in original condition, refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. However, in the event the return does not pass our inspection and a refund is not plausible, a $30 admin charge together with a re-shipment fee will be applicable to send the item(s) back to the sender.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping mailer/carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping mailer to show some wear. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, however, please contact us immediately at customerservice@dermatics.com with an image of the damaged package and item(s). Please provide the order number along with your email address. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
